  1. Great point about tasting the food before hiring them! It would be really unfortunate to hire a caterer that serves food that you can't stand. I will remember these tips as I start my search for a caterer.

  2. I really like your tip to not hire a caterer unless you have tasted their food. My sister and I are planning a huge family reunion and want to hire a caterer. I want to make sure the food is delicious and that most people will like what is being served. We will have to meet with a couple different catering business before making our decision. http://www.carterbrothersbbq.com/catering-services

  4. Great information! I have to reserve a public meeting room for my corporate events Chicago. Preferring a spacious meeting venue with excellent catering. Want an all-inclusive package or venue so don’t have to arrange so many things.
